  Apply with your Mii eye brush over Mii Enhancing Eye Prep. Use dry as a wash of colour over the whole eyelid, or to add sparkle over existing eyeshadow and take your look from day to night. For extra intensity and a foil effect finish, dampen brush before picking up the powder.
