There are three main types of blusher formulas: liquid, cream and powder. The formula that is best for you really depends on what you’re looking to get out of your blush in terms of finish, application experience and coverage.
Liquid and cream formulas can be blended or applied with fingers, whereas you need to use a brush with powder formulas.
