WHAT IS THE PRO PROGRAMME?

It is a members-only programme designed to support the talented community of professional makeup artists and students.

HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER?

To join our programme you need to first register for an account, fill out an application online and submit your photo id and credentials to miipro@miicosmetics.com.

WHO CAN QUALIFY FOR THE PRO PROGRAMME?

Professional accredited makeup artists or students enrolled in schools of makeup artistry.

IS THERE A MEMBERSHIP FEE?

No, the Mii PRO membership is completely free.

HOW LONG IS THE PRO MEMBERSHIP VALID FOR?

Your membership and unique discount code is valid for two years.

I AM A PRO STUDENT MEMBER WHO HAS GRADUATED, HOW CAN I UPGRADE MY MEMBERSHIP?

You will need to re-apply by submitting a new application here, selecting ‘Upgrade from Student to Artist’.

WHERE CAN I USE MY DISCOUNT?

Your PRO discount can only be used for purchases made online at miicosmetics.com.

DOES MY DISCOUNT APPLY TO ALL PRODUCTS?

The discount applies to all products on the website, with the exception of product bundles where a saving has already been applied, items on sale and the digital gift card.

CAN I SHARE MY PRO MEMBERSHIP DISCOUNT CODE?

No, the code is for personal use only and is non-transferable. If we suspect that the code has been shared, transferred or abused, we reserve the right to immediately revoke the discount and future applications will be rejected.

CAN I USE MY PRO MEMBERSHIP DISCOUNT AGAINST SALE ITEMS OR PROMOTIONAL OFFERS?

No, PRO members can not use their discount in conjunction with other promotional offers.

CAN I STILL BENEFIT FROM THE GIFT WITH PURCHASE OFFERS WITH THE PRO MEMBERSHIP?

Yes, as a member you will still be able to benefit from the free gift promotional offers but the qualifying value to receive the free gift will be after the PRO discount has been applied.

HOW DO I RENEW MY MEMBERSHIP?

Once your membership has expired, you will need to re-apply to join the programme by submitting a new application here.
