HOW TO USE

Twist the crayon to reveal a little colour and apply to the eyelid, covering as much or as little as you wish. Use the Eye Blend Brush or your fingertip to blend before the colour sets. Sweep under the eye for a more intense look or apply directly to the lash line for a liner effect.
