Prepare: Wax at least 48 hrs or shave 24 hrs before tanning. Exfoliate all over using the Seriously Smoothing Exfoliator and moisturise thoroughly using the Seriously Smoothing Moisturiser.

Bare: Shake well before use. Spray two or three times on a tanning mitt per area of application. Working in sections, smooth over body, legs and arms using circular motions. Leave face, knees and feet until the end, lightly applying the remaining product left on the mitt.

Care: Wash hands thoroughly after use. Wait until touch-dry before dressing. For optimum results, leave on for up to 4 hours (1-2 hours for a gentle glow, 2-3 hours for a medium tan, 3-4 hours for a deeper tan). Avoid contact with water while tan is developing. At the end of your chosen development time, wash off using water and a gentle body wash. To prolong the life of your tan, moisturise daily and exfoliate every 4 days to help the tan fade evenly.
