HOW TO USE

1. Using the exfoliating side (step one), work in gentle back-and-forth motions with light pressure to remove hard, dead skin and calluses. Concentrate on the heels, balls of the feet and any areas where skin is hardened. For best results, use on dry skin or after applying the Remove + Smooth Callus Peel.

2. Follow with the finer side (step two) to smooth and refine the skin for a soft, polished finish.

3. Rinse feet with water to remove any remaining dead skin.

4. Finish by massaging Heal + Protect Intense Heel Cream into feet. Use daily to hydrate and maintain results.

Use file once or twice weekly. Clean after use under hot water and allow to air dry.
