HOW TO USE

Begin by gently buffing hard or dry skin with the Neat + Tidy Stainless Steel Foot File, using the coarse side first and finishing with the fine side to smooth. Then massage a generous amount of the Heal + Protect Intense Heel Cream into the heels and balls of the feet, working any excess around the ankles until fully absorbed.
