Mii is available exclusively through beauty spas and salons. If you’re in the UK, you can find your nearest stockist by visiting our salon finder (link). CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM BOUGHT ONLINE AT ONE OF YOUR STOCKISTS (OR VICE VERSA)?
Unfortunately not – products need to be returned or exchanged via the original purchase location.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?
We don’t want to keep you waiting, so we aim to get all orders out as quickly as possible. However please allow up to 5 working days from the time of placing your order. For international customers, shipping time may vary and will be confirmed on a case by case basis. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for more information.
I’VE CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT A PRODUCT, CAN I RETURN IT?
We hope you enjoy your online purchases. But should you be unsatisfied, please notify us in writing and return the product to us within 30 days, unopened, unused and in re-saleable condition with your original receipt. Once we receive the product, we will refund your purchase (less postage and a handling fee) or send a replacement product.
