HOW TO USE

Twist to reveal just the tip of the pencil and apply around the lip line prior to lipstick, starting in the centre of your upper lip and working outwards using small, light strokes. Repeat using the same technique for your lower lip. For a bolder look or to make your lipstick last even longer use the lip liner to colour in your lips before applying your lip colour.
