VALENTINE’S DAY NAILART: HEART-TIPPED FRENCH
HEART-TIPPED FRENCH MANICURE: YOUR STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE
Valentine’s Day is the perfect opportunity to refresh your manicure with something romantic yet versatile. This contemporary design by @h.e.r_nails takes the classic French manicure and replaces the traditional white tips with bold red curves that form a heart.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Naturally Modest – a sheer peach
Super Survival – a deep red crème
STEP 1: PREP YOUR NAILS

Start by using the Neat + Tidy Three Way Buffer to smooth and shape your nails. Push back your cuticles gently with the Neat + Tidy Stainless Steel Cuticle Pusher to create a clean nail bed. Apply a thin layer of To Have + To Hold Base Coat to protect your nails and create a smooth surface for longer-lasting polish.
STEP 2: APPLY THE BASE COLOR

Paint all your nails with Naturally Modest, a sheer peach polish. Apply 1–2 coats, ensuring each coat dries fully before applying the next. This soft, delicate base will make the heart-shaped tips stand out beautifully.
STEP 3: CREATE THE HEART-SHAPED TIPS

Dip a fine nail art brush into Super Survivall, a deep red crème polish, and begin by drawing a small “V” shape at the tip of each nail to form the bottom point of the heart. Next, round off each side of the “V” by curving the lines outward from the center of the tip to complete the heart shape. Repeat on all nails, cleaning up the edges with a brush dipped in nail polish remover if needed.
STEP 4: FINISH WITH A TOP COAT

Once the heart tips are dry, apply a layer of Shine + Shield Top Coat over the entire nail. This will seal in your design, add long-lasting shine, and help prevent chipping.
